1. Go to: https://portal.office.com/

2. Use your full student email address as your username (e.g. userid@email.vccs.edu), and you will be redirected to myVCCS.

Requirements

• You must be a current student. You will lose access once you are no longer enrolled.

• Your desktop/laptop must be running a minimum of either MacOS, Windows 7, Windows 8, or Windows 10 in order for Office 365 to install.

• You can install the product on up to 5 devices at a time.

Reactivating your account

In January 2021 a change was made that may require reactivating your account.

• Reactivate your Office 365 Account on Windows 

Mobile Devices

In order to install Office 365 on your mobile device(s), you will need to go to the appropriate app store and download 'Office Mobile for Office 365'. This should be a free download.
